Fabric : 100% cotton heavyweight flannel fabric woven with plaid pattern made from cotton thick yarns. The fabric of this shirt is based on a flannel woven with black/white plaid pattern, and then this shirt is garment-dyed with Kakishibu (Persimmon Tannin Dye), a traditional Japanese dyeing technique. And the shirt results in an overall brown color shade which is stiff feel fabric. Garment dye is a dyeing process performed on finished garments. Garment-Dye means the shirt is made, then dyed. Garment-Dyed Shirt results in a richer color and broken-in feel. This process gives the shirt a traditional Japanese style and look. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage. And the fabric will develop a comfortable feeling and continue to get softer and cozier through repeated wear. And the more you wear, the more fabric will fade beautifully.
Types of garment closure (Placket type) : 6 buttons on front opening. Full-button closure (Front placket, Front button closure) with vertical button holes. Buttons are 2-holes decorative corozo buttons.
Collar Type : Regular collar with collar stand for crisper appearance.
Cuffs Type : The two-step button adjustable cuffs let you change the size of the sleeve openings. The sleeve openings have sleeve placket (cuff slits). So you can take the shirt off and put it on easily.
Bottom hem type : Curved hem ( shirt tail ). The shirttail scallop edge are finished with a gusset.
Pocket : Twin chest patch pockets with button closure. The upper pocket corners are bar tacked for extra strength.
Yoke type : Straight yoke. A shirt yoke is made from triple layers of fabric for durability. Reinforced double-layers shoulder yoke for greater durability at at stress points.
Back of the Shirt : No pleats for easy ironing and clean lines.
Pattern Type : Plaid pattern with Kakishibu dyeing.
Sleeve Style : Set-in sleeves.
Sleeve Length : Long sleeves.
Other details : Key areas are double-stitching and rolled seams for superior strength. *Since this item is kakishibu-dyed, it's prone to crocking, or color transfer, so wear (and wash) it with dark colors till it's worn in. We recommend washing separately and wearing with similar or darker shades, as color transfer may occur on lighter garments.

Lay the clothing flat and measure 3 cm under the armhole. Measure from side to side
Lay the clothing flat and measure from base of collar seam (excluding collar) down to the end of the hem
Lay the clothing flat and measure from center back of base of collar seam to the end of the cuff
Lay the clothing flat and measure shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Lay Jeans/Pants flat, face up and do not stretch or pull fabric.
Measure flat across the back waistband from one side to the other with the natural dip. Double the number to get actual waist size.
Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg on the inside seam.
