This long sleeve plaid flannel shirt is made in japan and produced by studio d'artisan (studio dartisan). Studio d'artisan is a modern denim label established in 2006, based in kojima, okayama, japan, where is the birth place of Japanese domestic jeans. Studio D'artisan's products are introduced Japanese craftsmanship into american classic clothing making. The pattern construction of this shirt is designed and inspired by the vintage classic American work shirts, but this long sleeve button up shirt is outfitted with Studio D'artisan's brand own detailing and design in a contemporary approach with a modernize fit. This heavyweight plaid flannel fabric is woven using thick yarns made out of pre-dyed. The result is an attractive plaid pattern fabric. With the inspiration from American classic work shirts, this item has been re-designed for a more casual look and fashion purpose. Also this product is made for Japanese market and made for Japanese clothing sizes. And this long-sleeve plaid shirt is originally intended to wear as a Modern Fit (Not too tight or Not loose) with slightly short in the body length for a more fashion-forward looks. Fabric : 100% cotton heavyweight plaid flannel fabric. This plaid flannel fabric is woven using thick yarns made out of pre-dyed. The result is an attractive plaid pattern fabric. Yarn dyed fabric is woven from material that has already been dyed. This flannel twill fabric remain unbrushed, minimal brushed on the face of the fabric that is extremely durable. It combines the toughness and the natural softness for comfort. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage. And the fabric will develop a comfortable feeling and continue to get softer and cozier through repeated wear.
Types of garment closure (Placket type) : 6 buttons on front opening. Full-button closure (Front placket, Front button closure) with vertical button holes. Buttons are urea cats eye buttons.
Collar Type : Regular collar with collar stand for crisper appearance.
Cuffs Type : The two-step button adjustable cuffs let you change the size of the sleeve openings. The sleeve openings have sleeve placket (cuff slits). So you can take the shirt off and put it on easily.
Bottom hem type : Rounded shirttails with side gussets. Curved hem ( shirt tail ). The shirttail scallop edge is finished with a side gusset, a classic detail found on authentic work shirts.
Pocket : Twin chest patch pockets with button closure. The upper pocket corners are bar tacked for extra strength.
Yoke type : Straight back yoke. A shirt yoke is made from two layers of fabric for durability. Reinforced double-layers shoulder yoke for greater durability at at stress points.

Body Width (Half Chest)
Lay the clothing flat and measure 3 cm under the armhole. Measure from side to side
Body Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from base of collar seam (excluding collar) down to the end of the hem
Sleeve Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from center back of base of collar seam to the end of the cuff
Shoulder Width
Lay the clothing flat and measure shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Lay Jeans/Pants flat, face up and do not stretch or pull fabric.
Waist
Measure flat across the back waistband from one side to the other with the natural dip. Double the number to get actual waist size.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg on the inside seam.
