This men's casual pants are designed and crafted in Japan by Japan Blue Jeans. They feature a relaxed tapered ankle-length style with a drawstring waist, made from fabric that recreates traditional Japanese sashiko stitching. This combination of modern, stylish design with the aesthetics of sashiko fabric makes them ideal for casual, everyday wear. Made from 100% cotton, 11oz sashiko fabric that is soft and comfortable for casual everyday use, woven with deep blue indigo yarns dyed using a rope dyeing technique for a unique patina over time. Additionally, as part of the finishing process, it is pre-washed (also known as one-wash) to minimize shrinkage and to achieve comfortable texture. Designed with a mid-rise and a relaxed fit through the seat and thighs, these pants feature a strong taper from knee to ankle for a modern look. They are ankle-length and include an adjustable drawstring waistband (No elastic) with belt loops, a zipper fly with a top button, and two side-entry hand pockets at the front, along with two welt pockets at the back. These pants are a new original creation by Japan Blue Jeans, blending a modern and stylish relaxed tapered style with traditional Japanese aesthetics reflected in the Sashiko fabric.

Sashiko, which means "little stabs" or "little pierce," is a traditional Japanese running stitch technique originally used to reinforce fabric. It was also highly valued for its decorative beauty. The raised and indented effects produced by the stitches interact with light and shadow, adding depth and dimension to the fabric. Sashiko fabric is known for its unmatched durability and is widely used in protective gear for Judo, Kendo, and Aikido. It combines toughness with natural softness for comfort. This sashiko fabric is woven on specialized jacquard looms to recreate traditional Japanese sashiko fabric. It is made from 100% rope-dyed indigo cotton yarns for both the warp and weft, as well as the running stitches. It fades uniformly with wear and wash, creating a consistent and attractive patina over time. Additionally, these pants are pre-washed (one-washed) in the finishing process to minimize shrinkage. With wear, the sashiko fabric will fade beautifully, enhancing its character. These pants can be worn year-round, especially in spring and fall.
Pockets : These pants feature four pockets for practicality: two side hand pockets on the front and two back pockets with top openings.
Other details : The waistband of these pants features a convenient drawstring, allowing for easy wear and adjustment. Unlike traditional elastic waistbands, the drawstring lets you tighten the waist to achieve the perfect fit every time. five belt loops for better support of your belt.
