These blue denim work pants are meticulously crafted in Japan by Sugar Cane, a brand from Toyo Enterprises. Inspired by vintage American workwear, these pants, also known as carpenter pants or painter pants, offer a timeless and practical style. Constructed from 100% cotton, these jeans feature an 11 Oz. lightweight Japanese blue indigo denim. The fabric is woven on shuttle looms with rope-dyed indigo yarns in the warp and gray yarns in the weft, resulting in a unique and authentic texture. Additionally, as part of the finishing process, it is pre-washed (also known as one-wash) to minimize shrinkage and to achieve a comfortable texture. The classic multi-pocket design includes a coin pocket, two front hand pockets, two back pockets, a hammer loop on the left back pocket, and tool pockets on the right leg. Additional features include a button fly, seven belt loops, triple stitching on the main seams. For authenticity, these jeans come with several distinctive tags: a size tag sewn into the seam below the right back pocket, a cutter tag on the upper part of the right back pocket, a union tag inside the left back pocket, and a cotton cloth patch on the right rear of the waistband. These pants has a relaxed fit, with a high rise and a cut that extends straight down to the leg opening. They offer a higher waist rise and a wider cut across the seat, thighs, and leg opening compared to regular fit jeans, providing a comfortable silhouette without being overly baggy. The fabric is woven on shuttle looms with rope-dyed indigo yarns in the warp and gray yarns in the weft, resulting in a unique and authentic texture. Additionally, as part of the finishing process, the denim is pre-washed (also known as one-wash) to minimize shrinkage and ensure a comfortable fit from the first wear. With repeated wear and washing, the denim will develop a characteristic surface with more hairy fibers, enhancing their vintage appeal. And the more you wear, the more denim will fade beautifully.

Button type : The top button is a metal button engraved with the Sugar Cane logo, and the fly front features black-painted donut shaped buttons.
Front pocket bags : Cotton drill Unbreached twill, 100% cotton.
Other details : Size and lot tag sewn into right side back pocket seam. Cutter tag (Shade Tag cutters tag) is located above the right side back pocket. Originally, the Cutter Tag is a mark to support sewing the cut fabric with the same quality and the same color from among a lot of cut fabrics. Seven belt loops for better support of your belt. Main seams are triple-stitched for durability. You'll find the union tag on the inside the left back pocket. Contrast details or stitching are present, adding a subtle design accent to the denim.
