This denim hat is crafted in Japan by Sugar Cane, a division of Toyo Enterprises. It is made from 10 oz denim fabric, utilizing rope-dyed indigo yarn for the warp and natural-colored yarn for the weft, woven on an old loom. And the design of the hat is inspired by classic American pork pie hats. This hat is designed to offer a modern, casual style that aligns with today's fashion, by combining the timeless classic design of a pork pie hat with the rugged aesthetic of denim fabric. A denim pork pie hat can be a versatile accessory, easily paired with casual and work style outfits. The beauty of this piece is the balance of classic construction and modern updates from Sugar Cane. Made from 100% cotton, this non-stretch, medium-weight 10-ounce Japanese deep blue indigo denim with no lining is woven with rope-dyed indigo yarns in the warp and natural yarns in the weft. Denim has a natural slubby texture for a rugged and vintage feel. No lining, can be worn year-round. This denim porkpie hat features a medium-profile and a flat top crown with a hatband. It has a short, upturned brim that goes all the way around, eyelet holes on both sides for ventilation, and comes without lining or an adjustable strap. Fabric : Made from 100% cotton, this non-stretch, unlined, medium-weight 10-ounce Japanese deep blue indigo denim is woven with rope-dyed indigo yarns in the warp and natural yarns in the weft. Denim has a natural slubby texture for a rugged and vintage feel. The denim features a rugged, slubby and neppy look that have a rough texture like the denims of vintage workwear. The denim is even tough, yet it remains a natural softness for comfort. Indigo yarn of this denim is dyed using the rope-dyeing technique. The outside of the yarn, which is repeatedly dyed using the indigo rope-dyeing technique, is dyed a deep indigo color, while the core of yarn does not absorb much dye and remains white. And the outside of indigo colored yarn fades through repeated wear and washing and the white core of yarn becomes more prominent. As a result, the high contrast between the faded blue and the white core gives a classic worn-in denim look. Denim is known for its ruggedness and ages well, developing character over time. And the more you wear, the more denim will fade beautifully. No lining, can be worn year-round.

Other details : There are eyelets that serve as ventilation holes to help keep the head cool. This cap has four eyelet holes, two in each side to allow for ventilation. 9 rows of stitching on brim. Sweatband inside the hat. This hat can be worn year-round. Inside seams are covered with cotton herringbone twill (hbt) taping. This cap is designed for breathability with unlined single ply. Brand label inside headband. *Since this item is indigo-dyed, it's prone to crocking, or color transfer, so wear (and wash) it with dark colors till it's worn in. We recommend washing separately and wearing with similar or darker shades, as color transfer may occur on lighter garments.

Lay the clothing flat and measure 3 cm under the armhole. Measure from side to side
Body Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from base of collar seam (excluding collar) down to the end of the hem
Sleeve Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from center back of base of collar seam to the end of the cuff
Shoulder Width
Lay the clothing flat and measure shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Lay Jeans/Pants flat, face up and do not stretch or pull fabric.
Waist
Measure flat across the back waistband from one side to the other with the natural dip. Double the number to get actual waist size.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg on the inside seam.
