This men's casual denim jacket is made in Japan and designed and crafted by Momotaro Jeans. Rooted in the classic 1953 Type II Jacket design, this jacket is crafted from 14.7-ounce deep indigo denim woven with Zimbabwe-grown cotton, renowned for its high-quality long-staple fibers. Seamlessly blending a distinctive and unique aesthetic with Momotaro Jeans's exceptional craftsmanship, this jacket offers a modern silhouette achieved through sophisticated tailoring, deep indigo denim made from high-quality, rich fabric, contemporary durability, and a casually stylish look. This jacket is made from a non-stretch, 14.7-ounce, 100% Zimbabwean cotton denim with a right-hand twill construction. In the production of this jacket, the warp and weft yarns of the denim are crafted from Zimbabwean cotton, known for its high-quality long-staple fibers. Compared to the indigo-dyed warp yarns, the weft yarns are undyed and made from finer threads. This composition enhances the denim's rich, deep indigo hue. Additionally, the jacket comes in a unwashed finish, meaning the is has not pre-washed (also known as one-wash) during the finishing process. However, it is pre-treated with a special sanforized proces (anti-shrinkage process) to minimize shrinkage to just within 2%, comparable to typical denim jacket. To maintain its quality, we recommend washing the jacket in cold water and air drying by hanging. Avoid hot water or using a dryer, as these can cause unexpected shrinkage or fabric twisting. The denim offers a comfortable, supple texture with minimal stiffness, all while preserving the rich, deep indigo hue characteristic of its unwashed state. Shoulder Width

Waist
Measure flat across the back waistband from one side to the other with the natural dip. Double the number to get actual waist size.
