This lightweight jacket is made in Japan and produced by Studio D'artisan ( Studio Dartisan ). Studio D'artisan is a modern denim label established in 2006, based in Kojima, Okayama, Japan, where is the birth place of Japanese domestic jeans. Studio D'artisan's products are introduced Japanese elements into american classic clothing making. Also this product is made for Japanese market and made for Japanese clothing sizes. Body pattern is designed and inspired by an iconic the Levi's vintage clothing type 1 S506XX jacket, but this jacket is outfitted with the original details of Studio D'artisan brand in a contemporary approach with a modernize fit. With the inspiration from classic jackets, this item has been re-designed for a more casual look and fashion purpose. This jacket has been made of KASURI fabric (Traditional Japanese textile). This product is a lightweight Jacket which can be worn year-round, especially in spring and fall seasons. And this Kasuri jacket is originally intended to wear as a Modern Fit (Not too tight or Not loose) with short in the body length (vintage boxy but trim silhouette) for a more fashion-forward look. This jacket is new original creations by Studio D'artisan from Japan.

Fabric : Made of 100% cotton unlined, single-ply, light weight KASURI WEAVE FABRIC woven with traditional Japanese techniques. This densely woven fabric with a puckered or crinkled effect is stiff and very durable. This fabric is woven on specialized jacquard looms to recreate traditional Japanese Kasuri fabric. Kasuri yarn is a yarn containing varying thicknesses and uneven indigo dyeing. The fabric of this jacket is woven in Kasuri yarn. This results in a unique fabric with a nice irregular and uneven texture to jacket. To interlace indigo-dyed yarns and the undyed areas creates an uneven and irregular white striped weaving pattern on the surface of the indigo base fabric. This Kasuri weaving process is provides a traditional Japanese weaving look. This fabric has a distinctive slubby and neppy texture. And this jacket is washed once for the fashionable vintage feel and look. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage. And the fabric will develop a comfortable feeling and continue to get softer and cozier through repeated wear. And the more you wear, the more fabric will fade beautifully.
Color : One washed deep blue indigo.
Interlining (Type of insulation ) : Unlined, No fill, No inside padding, Lightweight outerwear. This lightweight outerwear piece can be worn year-round, especially in spring and fall seasons.
Placket type : 5 buttons on front opening.
Button type : Metal buttons "Studio D'artisan" marked. Buttons are antique finished black coated metal buttons.
Storage : One exterior chest flap pocket with metal button. The upper pocket corners are riveted for extra strength.
Cuff type : Single button cuff. Cuff slit with rivet reinforcement.

Lay the clothing flat and measure 3 cm under the armhole. Measure from side to side
Body Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from base of collar seam (excluding collar) down to the end of the hem
Sleeve Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from center back of base of collar seam to the end of the cuff
Shoulder Width
Lay the clothing flat and measure shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Lay Jeans/Pants flat, face up and do not stretch or pull fabric.
Waist
Measure flat across the back waistband from one side to the other with the natural dip. Double the number to get actual waist size.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg on the inside seam.
