This cotton cap is made in Japan and produced by TOYS McCOY. TOYS McCOY is a Japanese clothing brand established in 1996 by Hiroshi Okamoto, based in Tokyo, Japan. TOYS McCOY's products are introduced contemporary elements into american classic and vintage clothing making. This cap pattern construction is inspired by the American vintage trucker hat and baseball cap, but this cap is outfitted with TOYS McCOY's brand own detailing and design in a contemporary approach. With the inspiration from classic cap, this item has been re-designed for a more casual look and fashion purpose. This cap features cotton herringbone twill (HBT) fabric, medium profile, pre-curved stiff bill, 6 panel with air holes, adjustable leather belt closure on rear, no-mesh. Also this baseball hat is decorated with a patch and printing inspired by the United States Armed Forces Military. The graphic on this trucker cap is based on the the Mighty Eighth (Eighth Air Force). One size fits most for men with an adjustable leather belt on the rear. Other details : The button is on top of the crown and helps hold all the panels together. 3 rows of stitching on visor. 2 row stitched on the sweatband. Inside seams are covered with cotton taping. This cap is designed for breathability with air holes. The crown of the cap is made up of 6 panels. This cap has 6 embroidered holes, one in each panel to allow for ventilation. *This item has been specially treated to produce a vintage-like effect. Note that this is entirely consistent with the vintage effect and is intentional. *This cap is printed across the panel seams, so please note that print is uneven.

Body Width (Half Chest)
Lay the clothing flat and measure 3 cm under the armhole. Measure from side to side
Body Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from base of collar seam (excluding collar) down to the end of the hem
Sleeve Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from center back of base of collar seam to the end of the cuff
Shoulder Width
Lay the clothing flat and measure shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Lay Jeans/Pants flat, face up and do not stretch or pull fabric.
Waist
Measure flat across the back waistband from one side to the other with the natural dip. Double the number to get actual waist size.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg on the inside seam.
