These modern Japanese denim jeans are made in Japan and produced by Samurai Jeans. Samurai Jeans is a modern denim label established in 1998 based in Osaka, Japan. The pattern construction of these jeans is modeled after American classic Jeans with classic design, but these jean pants have been re-designed with the Samurai Jeans's brand own detailing, contemporary interpretation and modernize fit for a more casual look and fashion purpose. The beauty of this piece is the balance of classic construction and modern updates from Samurai Jeans. Made of a 100% cotton unlined, single-ply, non-stretch, pre-washed (one-washed) 25 Oz. super heavyweight Japanese selvage deep blue indigo denim. And these modern jeans are cut to wear as a stylish slim tapered fit, button fly, slightly low - authentic mid rise, taper down to the leg opening and classic five-pocket design for a more fashion-forward. Fabric Type : Made of a 100% cotton unlined, single-ply, non-stretch, pre-washed (one-washed) 25 Oz. super heavyweight Japanese selvage deep blue indigo denim. This denim is woven with slab yarn. This results in a unique fabric with a nice irregular and uneven texture to jeans. It is high density and extremely durable. The rugged denim has a heather, neppy and slubbed surface. Selvedged denim with Japanese sword style glitter silver color line selvedge details ID. The selvedge details can be seen along the interior outseam and inside coin pocket opening. These jeans are washed once. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage. And the fabric will also develop a comfortable feeling and continue to get softer and cozier through repeated wear. And the more you wear, the more denim will fade beautifully.
Number of Pockets : 5.
Storage : Two embossed copper riveted scoop hand pockets in front. One embossed copper riveted coin pocket in front. Two open-top patch pocket with concealed rivets in back both side. Back pockets are lined with heavyweight cotton plaid flannel fabric. Jacquard cotton fabric is used for the front pocket bags.
Button type : Front buttons are black coated iron buttons with a Japanese pine tree engraved.
Other details : Brand label on right side back pocket. Five belt loops for better support of your belt. Samurai Jeans original Japanese Samurai Kirinji Yamanaka Shikanosuke Yukimori design deerskin leather patch on back-right-side waistband. The rivets are made of copper with the underside of the front pocket rivets marked Japanese Katakana character which means SAMURAI in English. And the underside of the back pocket rivets marked Japanese Kanji which means "All Things Change" in English. Samurai Jeans original "Seagull Arc" yellow 3-D chain stitch embroidery on rear pockets with hidden reinforcement rivets.
