The Whitesville label, a division of Toyo Enterprise in Japan, is famous around the world for its expertly-crafted a reproduction of american vintage sportswear. The whitesville brand is a now-defunct sportswear label that originally existed in the good old days of America. And the whitesville brand was resurrected by the Toyo Enterprises in Japan. And this T-shirt has a exact copy of original label design. This product is made especially for Japanese market. Body pattern is vintage-style loopwheeled tee shirt, but this item is outfitted with the original details of Whitesville's brand in a contemporary approach. This tubular construction (No side seam construction) Tee is made of 100% cotton heavyweight slub jersey knit. Fabric : 100% cotton. Heavyweight jersey knit with a slightly slubby texture on the face of the fabric. The fabric of this T-shirt is knitted in slab yarn. This results in a unique fabric with a nice irregular and uneven texture to T-shirt. And This T-Shirt has a nice weight, not thin. Textured slub fabrication provides a more modern look. It combines durability and the natural softness for comfort. The T-shirt is washed once for a fashionable vintage feel and look. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage. And the fabric will also develop a comfortable feeling and continue to get softer and cozier through repeated wear.
Body : Tubular construction (No side seam construction). Made on vintage looms which knit the fabric in a seamless continuous tube known as loop-wheeling. The fabric is produced with minimal tension during knitting process and lack of seams means the garment will keep its shape through wear and washing. It combines durability and the natural softness for comfort. Vintage looms are special machines that are able to knit a perfect tube, but they can only knit one set diameter (size) per loom, so a loom for each size is required. Body Width (Half Chest)
Lay the clothing flat and measure 3 cm under the armhole. Measure from side to side
Body Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from base of collar seam (excluding collar) down to the end of the hem
Sleeve Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from center back of base of collar seam to the end of the cuff
Shoulder Width
Lay the clothing flat and measure shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Lay Jeans/Pants flat, face up and do not stretch or pull fabric.
Waist
Measure flat across the back waistband from one side to the other with the natural dip. Double the number to get actual waist size.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg on the inside seam.
