This padded jacket is modeled after the original Vietnam war military poncho liner tour jacket (vintage embroidered souvenir jackets) from US military issue poncho liner material made in Vietnam with classic design, but this quilted jacket has been re-designed with the Tailor Toyo's brand own detailing, contemporary interpretation and modernize fit for a more casual look and fashion purpose. Military tour jackets (souvenir jackets) were originally made by local tailors where servicemen were stationed and the places they visited while on leave during the War. These souvenir jackets became popular among off duty U.S soldiers who would have local tailors hand-sew them to commemorate their tour of duty. The quilting keeps the batting from shifting around while you wear the jacket. Quilted design of this jacket have a onion-shaped pattern stitched into the fabric. This stitching serves both a functional and aesthetic purpose. It helps distribute the insulation evenly, preventing it from bunching up, and adds a distinctive look to the jacket. Ripstop fabrics are woven fabrics, using a special reinforcing technique that makes them resistant to tearing and ripping. During weaving, reinforcement threads are interwoven at regular intervals in a crosshatch pattern.
Lining shell for body and sleeves : Made of 100% acetate lightweigt satin fabric. Satin is a weave that has a glossy face and a soft, slippery texture. It is smooth and sleek so you can take the jacket off and put it on easily.
Interlining (Type of insulation) : Inside lightweight polyester fiber filling. 100% lightweight polyester fiber fill sandwiched between the outer shell and lining shell to retains heat and protect you from the cold. Suitable for fall and mild winter seasons. Lightly insulated jacket stay warm but do not like bulky puffer jackets. Great for wearing mid-season or even in the winter with under layering.

Sleeve Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from center back of base of collar seam to the end of the cuff
Shoulder Width
Lay the clothing flat and measure shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Lay Jeans/Pants flat, face up and do not stretch or pull fabric.
Waist
Measure flat across the back waistband from one side to the other with the natural dip. Double the number to get actual waist size.
