Returns and Exchanges

If the item you received is defective, soiled, damaged, incorrect, significantly different from the description, or does not fit as expected, you may request a return or exchange by contacting us within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that garment measurements may vary slightly due to the nature of the fabric, sewing process, washing process, and manual measurement.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is sold out, we will process your request as a return.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, laundered, altered, hemmed, damaged by the customer, or are missing tags, price tags, packaging, or other included accessories.

Please contact us before sending any item back. After we approve your return or exchange request, we kindly ask that you ship the item back to us within 14 days whenever possible.

Return Shipping Costs

If you return an item for personal reasons, such as fit, size preference, color preference, or a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you request an exchange and the requested size is in stock, we will ship the replacement item to you at our expense.

If the return or exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us first so that we can review the situation and guide you through the appropriate return process.
