Fabric : Made of 100% cotton, unlined, single-ply, mediumweight jacquard Japanese vertical striped Kasuri fabric with Sashiko running stitching in vertically and horizontally which gives the shirt a traditional Japanese Noragi Boro textile effect. This shirt is made of a fabric with a kasuri striped ground fabric, to which sashiko running stitching has been added in vertically and horizontally that gives the shirt a traditional japanese noragi boro textile effect. Firstly, this kasuri striped fabric is woven with speck-dyed yarns in some different shades. Speck-dyed yarn is a yarn containing uneven dyeing. This results in a unique fabric with a nice natural heather, blurred and faded shade feel to shirt. In addition, this kasuri striped, ground fabric, has been stitched with sashiko running stitching in vertically and horizontally. Also this irregular sashiko running stitching and the difference in tension create a fashionable crinkle in the shirt. As a result, this fabric has a distinctive crinkled, crepe-like texture. The texture, similar to seersucker, does not stick to the skin in japan's humid seasons, and the openness of the weave allows for good airflow. This fabric has a distinctive slubby, neppy and mottled texture for a more casual look. This shirt deliver the perfect combination of durability and natural softness for comfort. And this shirt is washed once for the fashionable vintage feel and look. pre washed, minimal shrinkage.
