The Japanese cotton made by Samurai Jeans is grown without pesticides and goes through the entire process of harvesting, spinning, weaving, dyeing, and sewing in Japan. Made from a slub super heavy jersey fabric, using 100% organic Japanese cotton, making it significantly thicker than typical heavyweight tees. The fabric is knitted with slub yarn, which varies in thickness, using natural unbleached cotton fibers. Additionally, it is garment-dyed with a technique that mixes natural plant dyes, creating natural earthy colors that have been inherited from ancient japan. This creates a unique, natural earth tone color and a texture that is heathered, neppy, slubby, and rugged, giving the shirt a distinct feel and look. Despite its heavy-duty thickness, the shirt remains comfortable. Additionally, this T-shirt is pre-washed (one-washed) in the finishing process to give it a vintage appearance and minimize shrinkage. Sleeve Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from center back of base of collar seam to the end of the cuff
Shoulder Width
Lay the clothing flat and measure shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Lay Jeans/Pants flat, face up and do not stretch or pull fabric.
Waist
Measure flat across the back waistband from one side to the other with the natural dip. Double the number to get actual waist size.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg on the inside seam.
