Returns and Exchanges

If the item you received is defective, soiled, damaged, incorrect, significantly different from the description, or does not fit as expected (please note that measurements may vary slightly), you may request a return or exchange by contacting us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed (trying on for fit is fine)
  • In the same condition as received
  • With all original tags attached (including price tags)
  • Not altered in any way (including hemming)

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, laundered, altered, or are missing tags.

Return Shipping Deadline

Please choose a return shipping method that ensures the package reaches us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is sold out, we will process your request as a return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Personal reasons (size, preference, etc.): You are responsible for the return shipping cost to send the item back to us. If you request an exchange and the requested size is in stock, we will ship the replacement item to you at our expense (free re-shipping).

Recommended Return Shipping Method

For the return shipment, you may use whichever carrier is most convenient for you. If you are unsure which option is best, we kindly ask that you consult your local shipping carrier or postal service for the most suitable method.

Important Notice (Third-Party Return Warehouse):

This U.S. return address is a dedicated third-party warehouse we contract with specifically for receiving returns. We are not physically located at that address.

Due to the time difference and the warehouse’s processing schedule, it may take a few business days after your package is marked “delivered” for the warehouse to complete check-in and for us to receive the official arrival report.

For this reason, even if tracking shows “delivered,” please kindly allow a few business days from the delivery date for us to confirm the return on our side.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund after processing, please check with your bank/credit card company first, and then contact us if you still need assistance.
