These men's casual jeans are made in Japan and designed and crafted by Studio D'artisan (SDA Studio Dartisan). While inspired by a classic five-pocket design, they incorporate Studio D'artisan's signature denim fabric and a regular straight fit silhouette, creating a distinctive and unique aesthetic. Seamlessly blending nostalgic charm with Studio D'artisan's exceptional craftsmanship, these jeans offer a timeless design, premium-quality materials, contemporary durability, and a casually stylish look. These jeans are made from a non-stretch, 16-ounce, 100% cotton slub denim with a right-hand twill construction. In the weaving process, the warp yarn combines thick slub yarn and nep yarn of varying thickness, while the weft yarn uses an even thicker super slub yarn. As for dyeing, the warp yarn is meticulously hand-dyed by skilled artisans using the traditional Japanese technique known as indigo skein dyeing, while the weft yarn remains undyed. Woven on a power loom, this combination creates a uniquely textured, bluish-toned denim that is uneven, rugged, slubby, and rich in nep. As part of the finishing process, the garment is pre-washed (also known as one-wash) to minimize shrinkage and enhance comfort. Furthermore, these jeans also feature five belt loops, white and red selvage details along the interior outseam and inside the coin pocket, a leather patch positioned on the right side of the back waistband, and decorative stitching placed on both back pockets. These jeans has a regular straight fit, button fly, authentic mid-rise, straight to the leg opening (slightly taper down to the leg opening) with classic five-pocket design.
