Shipping

We ship all orders from Japan and offer free worldwide shipping.

After your order is confirmed, we usually ship within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery usually takes approximately one week after shipment. However, the actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, carrier conditions, weather, local delivery circumstances, and other factors beyond our control.

Most international orders are currently shipped by FedEx. Depending on the destination country, service availability, and shipping conditions, we may use another available international shipping carrier when appropriate.

Once your package has been prepared and is ready for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

Import Duties and Taxes

Free worldwide shipping means that we cover the regular international shipping cost from Japan to your delivery address. However, international shipping charges and import-related charges are separate matters.

Depending on the destination country or region, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges when it enters your country.

Unless otherwise clearly stated on our website or at checkout, these charges are generally the responsibility of the customer or recipient as the importer of the goods.
