As a result, the denim features a rugged, slubby and neppy look that have a rough texture like the denims of vintage workwear which cannot be replicated by any other contemporary industrial looms. The denim is even tough, yet it remains a natural softness for comfort. Selvedge details can be seen along the interior placket. This jacket has been washed once. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage. With repeated wear and washing, the surface of the denim will have more hairy fibers for old-fashioned look as vintage jeans. And the more you wear, the more fabric will fade beautifully. Indigo yarn of this denim is dyed using the rope-dyeing technique. The outside of the yarn, which is repeatedly dyed using the indigo rope-dyeing technique, is dyed a deep indigo color, while the core of yarn does not absorb much dye and remains white. And the outside of indigo colored yarn fades through repeated wear and washing and the white core of yarn becomes more prominent. As a result, the high contrast between the faded blue and the white core gives a classic worn-in denim look.
Lining and interlining (Type of insulation) : Unlined, unfilled, unpadded, non-padded, single-ply. No fill, No inside padding. This lightweight outerwear piece can be worn year-round, especially in spring and fall.
