Outer shell fabric : Crafted from 100% cotton poplin, this fabric is non-stretch, high-density, and tightly woven, ensuring lasting durability. Despite its toughness, the natural softness of the poplin weave provides a comfortable feel, combining strength with everyday comfort.

Lining : The inner lining of the body and sleeves is made from 90% wool and 10% nylon blanket flannel, offering moderate warmth without the bulk of a puffer jacket. This blanket-lined jacket is ideal for mid-season wear and can be layered for added warmth during fall and mild winter days.

Placket type : The front closes with a talon brass zipper. Front zip closure with uera button-front wind flap protector (storm flap) located in front of zipper closure. This design protects the wind from slipping through the front. Leather pull tab on zipper for easy functioning with gloves.

Collar : The jacket comes with a convertible collar that can be worn open or buttoned up to the neck for additional protection. The large-sized convertible notched lapel collar with neck strap. M-41 was designed with a collar and lapel that laid flat (although the collar could also be turned up and fully buttoned). The backside of the left collar has a throat latch (neck strap, chin strap, throat tab). And the backside of the right collar has one concealed buttons, allow the throat latch to be buttoned across the neck. This throat latch is used for in foul weather to provide added protection to the lower part of the face with the collar-upturned. You can also hide a throat latch with throat tab keeper button underneath left collar, when you do not use a throat tab.

Pocket : Two external slanted single welt slash pockets lined with all-cotton.

Cuff type : The adjustable three-step button-tab cuffs allow you to customize the sleeve opening size.

Back of the jacket : Bi-swing back is a vertical pleat at either side of the back to allow for ease of movement and comfort. Half-belt back construction for great fit & style along with classic multiple panel back design. Buttoned side tabs (Both sides of the hem come with side button adjusters, allowing you to cinch the shape).
