Regarding our hemming service

Complimentary Hemming Service

We are happy to offer a complimentary hemming service for most of our jeans and pants upon request.

If you would like to request hemming, please kindly email us your desired inseam length together with your order number immediately after placing your order and before shipment.

As our website currently does not have an order notes section or special instructions field at checkout, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Once we receive your hemming request, we will hem the jeans or pants according to your requested inseam length and then prepare the item for shipment.

Please kindly note that customized items, including hemmed jeans or pants, are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been hemmed or otherwise altered. We sincerely ask for your understanding before requesting this service.

About Our Hemming Method

We generally perform hemming using the same stitching method as originally used on the garment.

For jeans that originally feature a chain-stitched hem, we will hem them using a chain-stitch finish as well.

This method is best suited for jeans with a hem fold width of approximately 1 cm.

Please note that our chain-stitch hemming is performed using a Pegasus sewing machine, rather than a Union Special machine.

Chain-stitch hemming is generally not suitable for trousers or chinos that have a wider hem construction. We kindly ask for your understanding in this regard.

For pants that originally have a single-stitched hem, we will use a single-stitch finish for the hemming as well.
