This plaid twill fabric with unbrushed finish (with minimal brushed finish) on the front side has a classic and retro feel and beautifully blends the some colors. The back side of the shirt remain unbrushed as well. This fabric is woven on specialized looms to recreate vintage plaid pattern. This weaving process provides a traditional vintage weaving look with a slubby and rugged texture. And this fabric has a tough, durable feel with distinctive slubby and neppy texture for a more casual look. This shirt deliver the perfect combination of durability and natural softness for comfort. And this shirt is washed once for the fashionable vintage feel and look. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage. The indigo yarns are rope dyed, which have a deep indigo shell with a white core. And the more you wear, the more shirt will fade beautifully much like denim.
Types of garment closure (Placket type) : 6 buttons on front opening. Full-button closure (Front placket, Front button closure) with vertical button holes. Buttons are 4-holes indigo-dyed genuine corozo buttons.
Collar Type : Regular collar with collar band for crisper appearance. The left collar band has a vintage style chin-strap with button-hole (a neck strap, a chin strap, a throat tab, a throat latch). And one concealed buttons under the right collar allow the throat latch to be buttoned across the neck.
Bottom hem type : Rounded shirttails with side gussets. Curved hem (shirt tail). Side gussets on shirt hem and the triple twisted thread chainstitch runoff extending which hang from the side seam on hem. A gusset is a piece of fabric which adds durability to a section of a garment. For this shirt, gussets are seen at the point where the side seams meet the hem. The chainstitch runoff extending (triple twisted threads which hang from the side seam on hem). This detail can be seen on rare vintage workwear shirts as well as modern reproductions.

Sleeve Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from center back of base of collar seam to the end of the cuff
Shoulder Width
Lay the clothing flat and measure shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Lay Jeans/Pants flat, face up and do not stretch or pull fabric.
Waist
Measure flat across the back waistband from one side to the other with the natural dip. Double the number to get actual waist size.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg on the inside seam.
