This men's casual plain lightweight nylon quilted jacket is made in Japan and designed and crafted by Buzz Rickson, a brand renowned for its military-inspired clothing under Toyo Enterprises. While rooted in the liner design for the U.S. Army M-65 Field Jacket, Buzz Rickson has enhanced this piece by adding a front placket closure with a zipper and snap buttons, allowing it to be worn as a standalone lightweight jacket, creating a distinctive and unique aesthetic. Seamlessly blending classic elements and nostalgic charm with Buzz Rickson's craftsmanship, this jacket offers a timeless design, premium-quality materials, contemporary durability, functional versatility, and a casually stylish look. Note: This liner jacket accurately recreates the buttonholes and tabs designed for attachment to the second model of the M-65 Field Jacket. It can also be paired with a Buzz Rickson's M-65 Field Jacket 2nd Model (BR11702) of the same size. This liner jacket is made of 100% nylon for both the outer and lining materials, with lightweight polyester padding sandwiched in between. The outer fabric is quilted in a wavy pattern to prevent the padding from shifting. The jacket features a front closure with a zipper and snap buttons, a V-neck collar, two exterior patch pockets, one interior pocket, and cotton trim reinforcements at key points for added durability. This item is available in US/EU sizes, offering a regular fit that is neither too slim nor too loose. This liner is designed with the intention of being worn as a jacket, similar to a cardigan. Additionally, it is lightweight and well-suited for use during the spring or fall seasons.
