Customer Account Login Update

We would like to let you know that we have updated our customer account login system to provide a simpler and more secure sign-in experience.

You no longer need to enter or remember a password when signing in to your customer account.

How to Sign In

  1. Enter the email address associated with your customer account.
  2. A one-time 6-digit verification code will be sent to you. In most cases, the code will be sent by email. However, if you use Sign in with Shop, the code may be sent by SMS text message to the phone number associated with your Shop account.
  3. Enter the verification code on the sign-in page to access your account.

Your previous password is no longer required.

Please rest assured that your existing customer account information and order history will remain available. You will continue to be able to review your previous orders after signing in with your registered email address.

Please Note

If you do not receive the verification code by email, please check your SMS text messages as well as your spam or junk mail folder.
