All of our products are shipped from Japan, and we are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping. However, please kindly note that international shipping charges and import-related charges are different matters.

Free worldwide shipping means that we cover the regular international shipping cost from Japan to the destination country. It does not automatically mean that import duties, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges are included in the product price.

Important Notice for Orders Shipped to the United States

For orders shipped to the United States, our store currently covers applicable import duties, so customers will not be charged separately for those duties at any stage of delivery.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Depending on the destination country’s laws and customs regulations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges when the package enters your country.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities, tax authorities, delivery carrier, or related agencies of the destination country. They are not determined by our store, and we are unable to control, adjust, or guarantee the amount that may be charged.

The amount may vary depending on several factors, including the destination country, product category, declared value, country of origin, customs classification, and the import rules in effect at the time of customs clearance.

Customer Responsibility as Importer

Unless otherwise clearly stated on a specific shipping information page or at checkout, the customer is generally responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges required by the destination country.

When purchasing an item from overseas, the recipient is generally treated as the importer of the goods. For this reason, any import-related charges required by the destination country may need to be paid by the customer before or at the time of delivery.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding that these charges are part of the import process and are separate from the product price and the free international shipping service offered by our store.

Customs Decisions and Possible Delays

Customs clearance procedures are handled by the customs authorities and delivery carrier in the destination country. In some cases, customs may request additional information from the recipient, or the delivery carrier may contact you regarding import procedures, duties, taxes, customs clearance, or delivery arrangements.

Please kindly note that customs clearance may occasionally cause delays. While we always prepare and ship orders as carefully and promptly as possible, the final customs clearance process is outside our direct control.
