Returns, Exchanges, and Right of Withdrawal

If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order.

If the item you received is defective, soiled, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us before returning it. We will provide appropriate assistance based on the circumstances.

If an item does not fit as expected, you have changed your mind, or you would prefer another size, please contact us before shipping the item back to us.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is sold out, we will handle your request as a return.

Condition of Returned Items

Please inspect and try on the item carefully, in the same manner as you would in a physical store.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, laundered, stained, damaged after delivery, altered, or are missing their original tags.

Please do not wear an item beyond what is reasonably necessary to try it on.

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and fit, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect any resulting loss in value, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Personalized or Altered Items

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered at your request, including garments hemmed to your requested length.

This does not affect your rights if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description.

Right of Withdrawal for Customers in the European Union

If you are a consumer located in the European Union and purchased an item from us online, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, please send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the returned goods to your original payment method.

For EU withdrawals, we will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning or exchanging an item for personal reasons, including a change of mind or a sizing issue, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us.

If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us before returning it. We will provide appropriate assistance based on the circumstances.

Sale Items

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, sale items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged for personal reasons.

This restriction does not affect your statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods. It also does not limit any mandatory statutory right of withdrawal that applies to your purchase.

For international returns, please use a trackable shipping method available through your local post office whenever possible. Please retain your receipt and tracking information until your return has been completed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement or account after the refund has been processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after allowing sufficient processing time, please check your account and contact your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary.
