This page provides important information for orders shipped from our store in Japan to the United States.

Import Duties for U.S. Orders

For orders shipped to the United States, our store currently covers applicable import duties. Customers will not be charged separately for those duties at any stage of delivery.

The total amount shown at checkout is the final total for your order under our current U.S. shipping policy.

Shipping Method

At this time, all orders shipped to the United States are sent via FedEx.

EMS (Japan Post) and DHL are not currently available for shipments to the United States from our store.

Delivery Address Requirements

Please kindly note that FedEx cannot deliver to U.S. P.O. Boxes or military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

A standard residential or business street address is required for delivery.

U.S. import rules, customs procedures, and carrier policies may change without prior notice. We will continue to process U.S. orders according to the latest rules and carrier requirements in effect at the time of shipment and import clearance.
