This vintage style plain solid color long-sleeve waffle-knit thermal henley t-shirt is made in Japan and produced by Buzz Rickson from Toyo Enterprises. This product is made for Japanese clothing sizes. Body pattern is uniquely designed and inspired by the traditional vintage thermal military work T-shirts, also this waffle-knit thermal t-shirt is outfitted with Buzz Rickson brand own detailing and design. The button henley T-shirt is made of 100% cotton heavyweight stretch waffle-knit thermal fabric. And this henley tee is cut to Stylish Slim Fit with short in the body length for a more fashion-forward looks. This shirt is not intended to be worn too body-hugging fit like a unserwear. It is perfect to wear alone or as a base layer with a jacket (outerwear). This T-shirt is new original creations by Toyo Enterprises.

Material : 100% cotton.
Fabric : heavyweight waffle-knit thermal fabric with rectangle pattern in the weave of the threads. Waffle weave (also known as honeycomb weave) has a three-dimensional cellular structure which resembles a bee's honeycomb. This cellular effect is produced equally on both the face and the back of the fabric. The three-dimensional waffle structure gives fabrics a large surface area which makes them either very warm or very absorbent. The waffle weave also allows air to flow through the fabric so that it dries quickly. Also, the waffle weave has horizontal stretchability for comfort. And the T-shirt is one washed for the fashionable vintage feel and look, and to ensure consistent sizing, thus these are the final size fitting and it is ready-to-wear.

Collar type : The two-ply wider knit ribbed collar with a slightly high-neck design is comfortable and flexible.
Cuff type : The two-ply longer knit ribbed sleeve ends are comfortable and flexible.
Neck type : Henley featuring cotton poplin non-stretch panels at placket. A ribbed crew neckline with cotton poplin non-stretch 3-button placket for extra strength. It used for the placket to prevent overstretching.
Hem type : A raw-edge Curved hem ( rounded hemline ) with overlock stitch.

Body Width (Half Chest)
Lay the clothing flat and measure 3 cm under the armhole. Measure from side to side
Body Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from base of collar seam (excluding collar) down to the end of the hem
Sleeve Length
Lay the clothing flat and measure from center back of base of collar seam to the end of the cuff
Shoulder Width
Lay the clothing flat and measure shoulder seam to shoulder seam
Lay Jeans/Pants flat, face up and do not stretch or pull fabric.
Waist
Measure flat across the back waistband from one side to the other with the natural dip. Double the number to get actual waist size.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg on the inside seam.
