It is made from 10 oz denim fabric, utilizing rope-dyed indigo yarn for the warp and natural-colored yarn for the weft, woven on an old loom. And the design of the hat is inspired by classic American pork pie hats. This hat is designed to offer a modern, casual style that aligns with today's fashion, by combining the timeless classic design of a pork pie hat with the rugged aesthetic of denim fabric. Fabric : Made from 100% cotton, this non-stretch, unlined, medium-weight 10-ounce Japanese deep blue indigo denim is woven with rope-dyed indigo yarns in the warp and natural yarns in the weft. Denim has a natural slubby texture for a rugged and vintage feel. The denim features a rugged, slubby and neppy look that have a rough texture like the denims of vintage workwear. The denim is even tough, yet it remains a natural softness for comfort. Indigo yarn of this denim is dyed using the rope-dyeing technique. The outside of the yarn, which is repeatedly dyed using the indigo rope-dyeing technique, is dyed a deep indigo color, while the core of yarn does not absorb much dye and remains white. And the outside of indigo colored yarn fades through repeated wear and washing and the white core of yarn becomes more prominent. As a result, the high contrast between the faded blue and the white core gives a classic worn-in denim look. Denim is known for its ruggedness and ages well, developing character over time. And the more you wear, the more denim will fade beautifully. No lining, can be worn year-round.

How to measure the clothing
[How We Measure the Actual Garment]
The garment is laid flat, face up, and measured by hand with a measuring tape.
Waist: Measure straight across the top of the waistband from side to side, then double that measurement to get the full waist size.
Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the leg along the inside seam.
Front Rise: Measure straight from the crotch seam, where the inseams meet, up to the top edge of the front waistband.
Thigh: Measure the width of the leg about 3 cm (approximately 1.2") below the crotch seam, straight across from one side to the other.
Leg Opening: Measure straight across the bottom hem of one leg, from one side to the other. This measurement represents the leg opening width.
Width (Half Chest): Lay the garment flat and measure straight across from side to side, approximately 3 cm (about 1.2 in.) below the armhole.
Body Length: Measured from the base of the back collar, where the collar meets the body, straight down to the bottom hem.
Sleeve Length: The first sleeve measurement is measured from the center back at the base of the collar seam to the end of the cuff.
Sleeve length in parentheses is measured from the top of the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
Shoulder Width: Measured straight across the back from the tip of one shoulder seam to the other.
