Shipping Information
Free Worldwide Shipping
We ship all orders from Japan and offer free worldwide shipping.
There is no additional shipping charge at checkout. The product price shown on our website and the order total at checkout already include international shipping from Japan to your delivery address.
Shipping Carriers
Depending on the destination country, delivery area, carrier availability, and shipping conditions at the time of shipment, we ship orders by one of the following carriers:
- FedEx
- DHL
- EMS / Japan Post
Please kindly note that the shipping carrier will be selected by our store based on the destination and the most suitable available shipping method. In most cases, the carrier cannot be selected by the customer.
If the carrier available for your destination cannot deliver to your address, or if there are any carrier restrictions, we may contact you before shipment to confirm the situation and ask whether you are able to provide an alternative delivery address. If delivery is not possible, we may be unable to complete the shipment.
Dispatch Time
After your order and payment have been confirmed, we usually prepare and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, or store holidays.
In some cases, preparation or dispatch may take slightly longer, for example:
- If we need to confirm your shipping address
- If the order includes hemming or other preparation
- If there is a temporary carrier pickup delay
- If additional confirmation is required before shipment
Once your package has been prepared and is ready for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch from Japan, delivery usually takes approximately 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country, delivery area, and carrier.
Many international shipments arrive in about one week after dispatch, but the actual delivery time may vary depending on local conditions.
Please kindly understand that delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Possible Delivery Delays
Although we always do our best to prepare and dispatch orders carefully and promptly, international delivery may sometimes be delayed due to circumstances outside our control.
Possible causes of delay include:
- Transportation delays
- Weather conditions
- Flight or cargo schedule changes
- Customs clearance procedures
- Local holidays in the destination country
- Remote-area delivery conditions
- Carrier operational delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address information
If your tracking information has not been updated for several days, or if you have any concerns about your shipment, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to assist you and check the situation with the carrier whenever possible.
Address Restrictions
For smooth and reliable delivery, please provide a complete street address, a valid phone number, and any necessary apartment, unit, building, or company name information.
Depending on the carrier and destination country, delivery may not be available to certain types of addresses, including:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
- Parcel lockers
- Post office pickup-only addresses
- Remote or restricted delivery areas
- Addresses that cannot be verified by the carrier
FedEx and DHL may require a standard residential or business street address for delivery, and they may not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, parcel lockers, or certain restricted delivery locations.
If your shipping address cannot be accepted by the carrier available for your destination, we may contact you before shipment to confirm the address or ask whether you are able to provide an alternative delivery address.
To avoid delays, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Tracking Information
Once your package has been prepared and is ready for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status directly on the carrier’s website.
Please kindly note that tracking information may take some time to appear after the package has been picked up by the carrier.
