If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and fit, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect any resulting loss in value, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Altered, Hemmed, or Customized Items

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered, hemmed, repaired, or customized at your request.

Items altered at your request, including garments hemmed to your requested length, may be excluded from a statutory right of withdrawal where they are treated as goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized under applicable law.

This does not affect your rights if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description.

Right of Withdrawal for Customers in the European Union

If you are a consumer in the European Union and purchased an eligible item from us online, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, please send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

返品・交換をご希望の場合は、商品到着後14日以内に当店までご連絡ください。

商品は、実店舗で試着される場合と同様に、丁寧に状態をご確認ください。適用法令により別途定められている場合を除き、返品商品は未使用、未洗濯、未加工、かつ再販売可能な状態である必要がございます。

商品の性質、特徴、サイズ等を確認するために合理的に必要な範囲を超えて商品を取り扱われた場合は、適用法令で認められる範囲で、商品価値の減少分を返金額から差し引く場合がございます。

お直し、裾上げ、加工済みの商品について

適用法令により別途定められている場合を除き、お客様のご依頼により、お直し、裾上げ、加工、修理等を行った商品は、返品・交換をお受けできません。

お客様のご依頼により加工された商品（ご指定の長さに裾上げした商品を含みます）は、適用法令上、お客様の仕様に合わせて加工された商品または明確に個別化された商品として取り扱われる場合、法定撤回権の対象外となることがあります。

ただし、商品に欠陥、破損、誤配送、または商品説明との著しい相違がある場合のお客様の権利には影響しません。

EU加盟国のお客様の契約撤回権について

EU加盟国にお住まいの消費者が当店のオンラインストアで対象商品を購入された場合、原則として、理由を示すことなく14日以内に購入契約を撤回できる法定権利があります。

撤回期間は、お客様ご本人、または配送業者以外でお客様が指定した第三者が商品を受け取った日の翌日から14日間です。
