We ship worldwide from Japan.
Free worldwide shipping is available for orders placed through our online store.
After your order is confirmed, we usually ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery usually takes approximately one week after shipment, although the actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, carrier conditions, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.
At this time, most international orders are shipped by FedEx. Depending on the destination country, service availability, and shipping conditions, we may use another available international shipping carrier when appropriate.

Returns and Exchanges
