Regarding our hemming service

We are happy to offer a complimentary hemming service for most of our jeans and pants upon request at the time of purchase.

To request hemming, please kindly email us your desired inseam length along with your order number once your order is placed.

As our website currently does not have a "notes" section at checkout, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Once we receive your inseam request, we will tailor the jeans (pants) accordingly and prepare them for shipment.

Kindly note that customized items, including hemmed jeans or pants, are final sale and unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged. We ask for your understanding on this matter.

About Our Hemming Method

We generally perform hemming using the same stitching method as originally used on the garment.

For jeans that originally feature a chain-stitched hem, we will hem them using the same chain-stitch finish.

This technique is best suited for jeans with a seam width of approximately 1 cm.

Please note that our chain-stitch hemming is done using a Pegasus sewing machine, rather than a Union Special machine.

Also, chain-stitch hemming is not suitable for trousers or chinos that have a wider seam width. We kindly ask for your understanding in this regard.

For pants that originally have a single-stitch hem, we will use a single-stitch finish for the hemming as well.
