Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order.
If the item you received is defective, soiled, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us before returning it. We will provide appropriate assistance based on the circumstances.
If an item does not fit as expected, you have changed your mind, or you would prefer another size, color, or item, please contact us before shipping the item back to us.
Please note that garment measurements may vary slightly due to the nature of the fabric, sewing process, washing process, finishing process, and manual measurement. Minor measurement differences within a reasonable tolerance are not considered defects.
Eligibility
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and unwashed. Trying on the item carefully to confirm the fit is acceptable.
- In the same condition as received.
- Returned with all original tags attached, including price tags.
- Returned with the original packaging and any accessories originally included with the item.
- Not altered, hemmed, repaired, or customized in any way.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try them on, laundered, altered, hemmed, repaired, customized, damaged after delivery, stained, affected by odor, or returned without their original tags, packaging, or included accessories.
If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and fit, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect any resulting loss in value, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Altered, Hemmed, or Customized Items
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered, hemmed, repaired, or customized at your request.
Items altered at your request, including garments hemmed to your requested length, may be excluded from a statutory right of withdrawal where they are treated as goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized under applicable law.
This does not affect your rights if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description.
Return Shipping Deadline
Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can confirm the appropriate return instructions.
After contacting us, please ship the returned item promptly. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been completed.
If you are exercising a statutory right of withdrawal in the European Union, please send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the item before the 14-day return period expires.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested replacement item is sold out, we will process your request as a return and refund the applicable amount to your original payment method.
Right of Withdrawal for Customers in the European Union
If you are a consumer in the European Union and purchased an eligible item from us online, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You may contact us by email or use any electronic withdrawal function made available on our storefront.
After informing us of your decision to withdraw, please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you informed us of your decision.
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the returned goods to your original payment method.
Our regular worldwide shipping service is provided free of charge. No separate regular shipping charge is collected from the customer when an order is placed.
We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns for personal reasons, including size, fit, color preference, or a change of mind: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us.
- Exchanges for personal reasons: If the requested replacement item is in stock, we will ship the replacement item to you at our expense.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Please contact us before returning the item. We will review the situation and provide the appropriate return instructions. Where applicable, we will cover or reimburse the reasonable return shipping cost in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
Recommended Return Shipping Method
For the return shipment, you may use whichever carrier is most convenient for you. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking whenever possible.
Please retain your tracking number and shipping receipt until your return has been completed.
If you are unsure which option is best, we kindly ask that you consult your local shipping carrier or postal service for the most suitable method.

Important Notice: Third-Party Return Warehouse
This U.S. return address is a dedicated third-party warehouse that we contract with specifically for receiving returns. We are not physically located at this address.
Due to the time difference and the warehouse's processing schedule, it may take a few business days after your package is marked as delivered for the warehouse to complete the check-in process and for us to receive the official arrival report.
For this reason, even if the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, please kindly allow a few business days from the delivery date for us to confirm the return on our side.

Refunds
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
