Returns and Exchanges

If the item you received is defective, soiled, damaged, incorrect, significantly different from the description, or does not fit as expected (please note that measurements may vary slightly), you may request a return or exchange by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order.

In cases where the item you wish to exchange is sold out, we will handle it as a return.

Refunds for returns will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, laundered, altered (such as hemming), or are missing tags (such as price tags).

Please select a return shipping method that ensures the item reaches us within 14 days of the original delivery date.

If you are returning or exchanging an item for personal reasons, please cover the return shipping costs.

For returns or exchanges due to a defect, please first ship the item back to us at your own expense. Once we receive the item, we will refund the return shipping cost to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us and ship your item to one of the addresses listed above.
